Track My Order
The wait between checkout and your parts showing up is the one stage of a build we cannot speed up, but we can make it a lot less stressful to sit through. Punch in your order number and the email you checked out with, and you will see exactly where things stand, no guessing required.
What Each Status Means
Order Confirmed
Your parts get pulled and reserved for you the moment payment clears, so nothing gets mixed up with another order.
On the Bench
Your order is being packed with the same care we would use building our own rig, boxed to survive the trip, not just the shelf.
Shipped
Your tracking number goes live and an estimated arrival date shows up right here on this page.
At Your Door
Delivered and ready to open. If anything looks off when you unbox it, we are one message away.
A Few Common Questions
My tracking has not moved in a couple of days, is that normal?
More often than not, yes. Carriers tend to scan packages in batches instead of at every stop, so a quiet day or two while it is in transit usually does not mean anything is wrong. If there has been zero movement for more than 3 business days, message us and we will look into it with you.
It says delivered, but I do not see it anywhere.
Give it until the next morning first, some carriers mark a package delivered a few hours before it actually shows up. Still nothing after that? Send us your order number and we will chase it down with the carrier ourselves, no legwork needed on your end.
I ordered a case and some cables together, why are there two tracking numbers?
Bulkier items like cases and coolers often ship separately from smaller parts like cables, mice, and keyboards, since they are packed differently to survive the trip. That can mean two boxes for one order, but both will always show up in your confirmation email.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not reached the On the Bench stage yet, yes, just message us with the new address as soon as you can. Once packing starts we are racing the clock, so the sooner you reach out, the better our odds of catching it in time.
