Alexcomputers started with Alex, one guy who kept building PCs for friends on a tight budget and got tired of digging through a dozen different sites just to find a case that actually breathes or a mouse that doesn't feel like a toy. That frustration turned into a simple rule for the shop: every case, keyboard, mouse, cable, and cooler on these shelves has to earn its spot, not just look good in a photo.
Years later, that rule hasn't changed. You won't find a wall of nearly identical products here, just parts worth building a rig around, and a real person to talk to if you want a second opinion before you buy. However you play, we're glad to help you put together a setup that gets you where you're going.

WARRANTY
What's covered, and for how long?
Every case, keyboard, mouse, cable, and cooler we sell is covered against defects in materials and workmanship from the day it arrives at your door. Coverage runs for 24 months on cases and coolers, 12 months on keyboards and mice, and 6 months on cables, so if something stops working the way it should, we've got you for the length of your term.
Do I need to register my product?
Not at all. Your order number is all the proof you need, since we already keep a record of every purchase. There is nothing extra to fill out or mail in.
How do I start a claim, and how long does it take?
Reach out to our support team with your order number and a quick description of what is going on, a photo helps too if it is easy to grab one. We aim to reply within one business day, and most claims are fully resolved within a week after that.
Do I need the original packaging?
It helps for shipping something back safely, but it is not required. If you do not have it anymore, just let us know and we will walk you through the safest way to send the item in.
What happens once my claim is approved?
We will offer whichever option makes the most sense for your situation: a repair, a replacement, or a refund. For most peripherals we simply ship a new unit as soon as the claim is approved, so you are rarely left waiting long for a working part.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Once your item qualifies for warranty service, we will send a prepaid shipping label along with your claim confirmation.
What voids the warranty, and what counts as normal wear?
Physical damage from drops or spills, unauthorized modifications, and damage from using a product outside its intended purpose are not covered. Everyday wear, like keycap shine after months of typing or mouse feet losing some of their glide, is expected too and is not treated as a defect.
What if I bought from a third party reseller?
Our warranty applies to items purchased directly from Alexcomputers. If you bought through another seller, please check with them first, we are still happy to point you in the right direction if you are not sure where to start.
