If Cancel My Order is your undo before a box ever leaves our hands, this is the version for after it has already landed on your desk and turns out to be the wrong part for your build. You have 14 days from the day it arrives to send it back, no matter the reason.
Two Reasons People Send Something Back
It does not fit your build
A cooler that does not clear your RAM by a few millimeters, a case that is just short for your GPU, a keyboard layout that is not what you expected once it is sitting in front of you. This happens to builders who have done this a hundred times before, so we do not treat it any differently from a straightforward defect.
Something is not right with it
Dead switches, a sensor that skips, a fan with a tick in it. Tell us what is going on when you start the return, and we will make a note of it so it does not happen again with whatever comes next.
Getting It Back To Us
Message our support team with your order number and which item is coming back. We will send a prepaid label, so postage never comes out of your pocket, and there is no restocking fee either way. Want something different instead of your money back? Say so when you start the return and we will set up a straight swap.
A Few Common Questions
Does it need to go back in the original box?
For anything bulky, like a case or a cooler, yes, since that packaging is doing real work keeping it safe on the trip back. Keyboards, mice, and cables are more forgiving, just wrap them well enough that they would survive being dropped once.
Can I return something I already installed?
Yes. Coolers get mounted and cases get built into before anyone realizes something is off, we know how that goes. Just take it out with the same care you would want it to arrive with.
What if I am past the 14 days?
Message us anyway. If it is close, we would rather hear from you than have you stuck with a part that does not work for your build.
How long until my refund shows up?
We process your refund within 2 business days of your return landing back at our warehouse. Your bank may take a few extra days to actually display it.
